Flocked Artificial Christmas Trees

Christmas Trees. Are you searching for an artificial tree that has a realistic look? There are several on the market! And those who choose an artificial tree get the benefit of having this year after year, and with proper care, it will last for years to come. But, just like the real Christmas trees out there, there are just as many artificial trees that are modeled after their real counterparts. Choosing one of these is just as important a decision as choosing a real tree.

Two of the types out there that people are very familiar with when it comes to artificial trees is King Flock and Prince Flock. The flock refers to the white snow that is placed onto these branches that are meant to last for years to come to give your tree a look as though it is sitting in a winter wonderland.

So, what is the difference between these two? King Flock contains more branches and tips in it often making it look bigger and fuller. On the other hand, Prince Flock is going to be a bit slimmer and not contain as many tips to it.

Which is Best for You?

So, which is best for you? The good news is that you can find these with lights already installed on the tips for both King Flock and Prince Flock. So, this is not going to be a deciding factor. The truth is that you simply need to know what you need in terms of size and see which is going to fit into the area that you have for your Christmas tree. Many people prefer to set up their home with more than one tree, thus they tend to go for Prince Flock, while other people want the big, perfect tree and go with the one King Flock.

Care and Maintenance

The care and maintenance for the King and the Prince Flock tree are going to be similar to one another. When these are not in use, they are going to need to be properly stored to avoid the flocking from becoming damaged.

Maintaining these are easy since they are artificial trees. You don’t have to worry about watering these. But, you will want to make sure that you use the right tree base to set this up. Luckily, when buying these, they often come with the tree base to use. The flocking may fall off on occasions, especially if someone were to brush into the tree or if you have indoor animals that may try to climb this tree.

The flocked tree is one way to bring a winter wonderland theme directly into your home. Whether you go with King Flock or Prince Flock you are going to find that it will be a decision that you are not going to regret! They are beautiful trees and are something that you can center your entire décor scheme on for the holidays.
